Q:How long will my order take to ship?
A: Brazilian/ Peruvian and Raady to Ship Units will ship in 7-10 business days, Custom Units will take 3-5 weeks to Ship. Raw Virgin Hair can take 2-3 weeks to ships. Special Raw hair 360's or Raw Custom Wigs cant take 4-6 Weeks to Ship.
Q. Is this Virgin Hair?
A: Yes we strive to sell the best in hair quality while offering your various different prices for each quality standard.
Q: What is Raw Hair?
A: Raw Hair is unprocessed bundel hair that has 1-2 donors per bundle.
Q: What Is the difference from Brazilian, Peruvian and Raw Hair?
A: Brazilian hair uses hair from many donors, it is then stripped processed and a silicone layer is added to the hair. This is the most processed hair. Our 7a Brazilian Hair Lasts 4-8 months with continuous wear.
Peruvian hair uses hair from many donors, but uses the more high quality strands. This hair is gently processed and a silicone layer is added to the hair. Our Peruvian Hair Lasts 10-12 months with continuous wear. Peruvian hair holds better cur than Brazilian and has more luster than Brazilian hair.
Raw Hair uses hair from 1-3 donors. This hair is steamed processed generally natural and chemical free. Our Raw Hair Can Lasts 12-months to 1.5 years with continuous wear. This hair is thicker double drawn more full. Cambodian holds more curl and Indian hair is finer in texture and holds a soft curl.
Q: I ordered online and want to change or cancel my order?
A: Im sorry but all sales are final no returns or refunds allowed.
Q: If my order doesn"t arrive in time and if i miss my stylist appointment or event can i receive a refund, or can you refund me for my loss?
A: Im sorry but our company cannot be held liable for these unforeseen events.
Q: Do you offer Military, Seniors and Discounts?
A: No but we do help women with Cancer to direct them on how to be eligible to receive free wigs or insurance coverage.
Q; I had a coupon code but didnt receive my discount, can I get a refund/
A: Im sorry but all sales are final we can honor you a discount on your net purchase.
Q: Can I pick up my purchase at your physical location.
A: Please rearrange your pick up with a Mane Attractions/ Weave Dr Apothecary/ PVM representative.
Q:Does this hair/ wig purchase cover my install?
A: No Im sorry you are responsible for your install price. However our Hair weaving salon in Bowie Ms does offer discounts for installation with customers who purchase our hair.
Q; I have received a shipping label and / or no tracking number , where is my package?
A: Please wait for our production / processing time and then contact us for your shipping information.
Q: Does your company's hair shead?
A: Generally no. However curly textures can experience more matting and tangling if the hair is not properly maintained . Also lace fronts and full lace wigs may experience shedding if not maintained properly. Seek a stylists expertise to receive the greatest longevity, Our hair has been vetted and we use great suppliers. Please make sure to take care of your investment properly.
Q: What are the different curl patterns and the maintenance required?
Brazillian Peruvian Indian Wavy, Cambodian, Tahitian Virgin Units/ Bundels : Soft, loose wavy , close to a 2a-2c hair type. Hair can be colored, straightened or curled. Peruvian, Indian Cambodian and Tahitian Units/ bundels can be lightened to 27- 613. Brazilian 33-30 color be careful not to over process. Peruvian, Indian Cambodian and Tahitian Units/ bundels can hold a firmer curl.

Brazillian Peruvian Indian Curly, Cambodian, Tahitian Virgin Units/ Bundels Curly: Virgin, soft, tighter ringlets looser near the top and tighter at the bottom, close to 3A-3B hair type. Hair can be colored, straightened or curled. The more you straighten the hair the more the pattern will loosen overtime. Curl will be a soft curl not firm. Peruvian, Indian Cambodian and Tahitian Units/ Bundles can be lightened to 27- 613. Brazilian 33-30 color be careful not to over process.

Brazillian , Peruvian , Burma Cambodian, Tahitian Virgin Units/ Bundles Kinky Textures: Virgin, soft yet coarser than the Deep Curl, tight ringlets from top to bottom, close to a 3c- 4B hair type. Hair can be colored, straightened or curled. Cambodian, Burmese and Kinky Curly textures will be tighter and more coarse. Curl will be a soft curl not firm. Peruvian, Indian Cambodian and Tahitian Units/ Bundles can be lightened to 27- 613. Brazilian 33-30 color be careful not to over process.

Raw Cambodian Natural Wave (Best Seller): Sourced from Cambodia. Soft, slightly coarse to the touch, easy to blend, naturally modest wave pattern. Hair has a medium to low luster. Cambodian Natural Units/ Bundels can be lightened to 27- 613. Mimics. Easy to curl. Double drawned full bundles.

Raw Cambodian/ Vietmenesse/ Brazilian/ Peruvian/ Tahitian Natural Straight: Soft, thick, and easy to blend. The hair has a bone straight pattern. Hair has a medium to low luster. Cambodian / Natural Units/ Bundels can be lightened to 27- 613. Mimics. Easy to curl. Cambodian and Indian bundles will be double drawned fuller. Indian hair is the lightest. Raw Cambodian/ Vietmenesse hold the best curl. Brazilian 33-30 color be careful not to over process.
Q: Do you sell hair Samples?
A: No not currently at this current time. Our Bowie, Md Location has many of these textures hair samples available.

Q: What colors will my hair arrive in?
A: Your Hair Can arrive in 1-2b hair color. In some rare occasions our Indian hair can come in Brown and sun kissed textures. Hair is randomly selected.
Q: What sizes do the wigs come in?
A: Most of the instocked and ready to ship units come in medium with a 22in circumference. However, for custom wigs you can order S/ M/ L. Please measure your head before purchasing your unit. Follow the directions in the checkout.

Our custom weave to go units are unlike any on the market. They can be worn gluless. Thirs Unit uses our Peruvian hair that lasts 5-11 months. This is a full dense hair unit. At Pure Virgin Hair We believe in giving our clients the best in quality. Each unit is made with an industry wig machine by the Weave Dr. Please pick correct cap size, we won't be responsible for incorrect wig choice. Email us if you have trouble . This unit isn't cut just minimally pressed with the part choice of customer . Our caps are one size fits all, send measurements for most accurate results. Stock wigs come in sizes small, medium and large. Custom wigs are made specifically to your measurements. For the most accurate measurements we suggest you wrap or pin your hair down and apply a wig stocking cap to eliminate bulges and mis-measurements
Circumference: Measure around the perimeter of the head. Position your tape measure so its edge follows the hair line around the head and nape of the neck.
Front to nape: Measure from hairline at center of forehead straight back over crown to center of hairline at nape of neck.
Ear to ear across forehead: Measure from hairline at base of sideburn across the hairline along forehead to the same point in front of other ear.
Ear to ear over top: Measure from hairline above the ear across top of head to the hairline above the other ear.
Temple to temple around back: From temple to temple across the back of head.
Nape of neck: Measure the width of hairline across the nape of the neck.
